Dean Health Plan’s (DHP’s) Quality Improvement Department is dedicated to providing quality care to our members. We have developed an annual Quality Improvement Program Report that discusses DHP’s Care Management Program, service improvement initiatives, and efforts to improve member satisfaction. The Quality Improvement Committee directs the program and reviews and approves the goals and objectives of the program every year. DHP continually assesses and strengthens all the aspects of care and service members receive.
In addition to monitoring the programs we provide to our members, the information provided in the Quality Improvement Program Report can help you learn about effective ways to
