As a Dean Health Plan member, you have the responsibility to notify us of any changes that might affect your coverage. This includes becoming eligible for Medicare.
If you are eligible for Medicare, let us know right away. You can notify us by calling Customer Service at 800-279-1301.
If you’re still working, you also should notify your employer. By taking these steps, you will help ensure that your claims are paid properly. If you are eligible for Medicare as your primary insurance, we offer an individual plan to supplement your Medicare coverage. You can call our Customer Service Department for more information.
