group number. All documents
are available in
a PDF form, making it
simple to print them
from your computer. You can
also receive printed copies of the
information by calling Customer
Service.
Look Up Prescription
Drug Information
Find out what drugs are on
Dean Health Plan’s Formulary
(drug list). You can search for
drugs by name, or you can
browse for drugs by category
and subcategory. You can also
refill your prescription online
through a Dean Pharmacy.
