Thinking about joining a health club? Check out the Healthy Partners discount program to see if the health club you’re interested in joining offers discounts to Dean Health Plan (DHP) members.
Participating health clubs and fitness facilities now offer DHP members discounts on monthly membership fees for new and renewal memberships. In addition, some clubs may offer reduced initiation fees or discounts on other services.
How do I find a participating fitness club or facility?
Call Customer Service or go to www.deancare.com to view a complete list of participating facilities. From our main page, click on the “Healthy Partners” link on the right side of
the page.
What if my club doesn’t participate?
Participation in the program is voluntary, so not all clubs or facilities may choose to partner with us. However, we will certainly attempt to add your club to the program. Call Customer Service to request that your club be added to the list.
How much will I save?
Each club has different membership rates. Please call the specific club for details on the discount it offers to DHP members.
