You may have noticed some changes in your benefits for 2003. Depending on your policy’s coverage, some of these items may not be applicable to you. Please review your member materials carefully. The benefit changes are summarized below.

To access these documents from our Web site, click on “Dean Health Plan,” then follow the links to the Dean Document Center. Select “Member Services,” then click on “Member Materials.” You will also find other helpful documents there, such as the member handbook, referral brochure, prescription drug information and health and wellness information — if applicable to your benefit plan.
