24 Hours a Day

Dean Health Plan has a new way to help you get information when you call us—our Access Line. It is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This automated information system will allow you to get information by using the keys on your touch-tone telephone pad to choose the options you want.

When you call the Access Line, you can:

  • get your most current insurance information
  • check the effective date of your policy
  • find out who your primary care provider is
  • verify other insurance information for you or your dependents
  • change your address
  • order your policy, which includes your Member Certificate, Schedule of Benefits, and Member Handbook
  • order a new or additional ID card
  • order a Provider Directory
  • order a referral brochure
  • obtain Customer Service hours and our address
  • call Dean On Call’s 24-hour nurse line
  • receive a policy overview

Our Access Line is easy to use. All you need is your member number. Just call 1-800-356-7344, ext. 4420, and follow the prompts. You can speak with Customer Service at any time during business hours. Your suggestions and feedback are welcome.
