How do I find out if a doctor is part of the Dean Health Plan system? How will I know if a prescription is covered? What are my benefit changes for the upcoming year?
It is the time of year when, like many of us, you may have changed insurance companies and are a new member of Dean Health Plan. Or maybe your benefits have changed from last year. You probably have plenty of questions. You’ll find your member materials online at www.deancare.com 24 hours a day, seven days a week. These include such things as your Schedule of Benefits and your Member Certificate. These documents outline the features of your policy along with details of your Dean Health Plan coverage. How do you view these materials? Go to www.deancare.com and follow these steps:
- Click on Dean Health Plan.
- Click on Member Services.
- Click on Member Materials
(or State of Wisconsin Employees for State employees).
- Click on Dean Document Center.
You will need your group number to access specific information on your policy. Your group number can be found on your Dean Health Plan ID card.
All documents are available in PDF form, making it simple to print files from your computer.
