We have some exciting news to share! Dean Health Plan (DHP) was the only Wisconsin health plan in the top 15 accredited plans in the nation for member satisfaction, according to the Consumer Assessment of Health Plans survey.
(The survey was conducted on behalf of the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA).) Health plan members were surveyed about aspects of customer service such as getting needed care, getting care quickly, how well doctors communicate, customer service and claims processing. DHP has always placed strong emphasis on quality care and customer service, and we are honored to have our efforts recognized.
In other exciting news, Dean Health Plan has once again received Excellent accreditation by the NCQA — its highest rating possible. The NCQA accredits health plans based on careful evaluation of the quality of care members receive and member satisfaction rates.
