Dean Health Plan’s (DHP’s) Quality Improvement Department is dedicated to providing quality care to its members. The annual Quality Improvement Program Report discusses DHP’s Care Management Program, service improvement initiatives and efforts to improve member satisfaction. The Quality Improvement Committee directs the program and reviews and approves the goals and objectives of the program every year. DHP continually assesses and strengthens all aspects of care and services members receive.
