Our Quality Improvement Program Report

Dean Health Plan’s (DHP’s) Quality Improvement Department is dedicated to providing quality care to its members. The annual Quality Improvement Program Report discusses DHP’s Care Management Program, service improvement initiatives and efforts to improve member satisfaction. The Quality Improvement Committee directs the program and reviews and approves the goals and objectives of the program every year. DHP continually assesses and strengthens all aspects of care and services members receive. In addition to monitoring the programs we provide our members, the information provided in the Quality Improvement Program Report can help you learn about effective ways to manage health problems and prevent illness.
