membership at a participating
fitness center. Enjoy all
amenities—exercise equipment,
weight training, circuit training,
sauna and more—at no cost
to you. Exercise classes taught
by certified SilverSneakers
fitness instructors are lowimpact
and appropriate for
individuals of varying fitness
levels. Classes focus on
improving muscular strength
and endurance, mobility, flexibility,
range of motion, balance,
agility and coordination.

fitness centers in the program
in Broward, Miami/Dade and
